I spent a little time this evening browsing Apartment Therapy’s House Tours. I found some really cool images. Great inspiration for the direction I want to go with my own home.
I love the colors, messiness of the pictures and books, and the lamp.
Love the bright colors, messiness of the books, and even the bright green paint on the walls (although I don’t think I could actually live with that color on my own walls).
I love the white with the bright colors. I’m trying to decide if I could live with nearly white walls or if it feel too “sterile.”

Overall, I’m drawn to bright colors, messy wall arrangements, messy book arrangements, and white/light/bright walls. I’m trying to decide if I can live with these elements in my own home. Also, how can I incorporate them into a traditional home with little architectural interest of its own? I’ll have to think on that one…
